Our services
Pool

Extend the life of your pool with professional waterproofing that prevents leaks and costly repairs. We apply high-performance coatings and sealants that create a watertight barrier for pool shells, decks, and surrounding areas protecting against moisture intrusion that can cause waterline tiles and plaster to pop off over time. Our system ensures your pool remains durable, visually appealing, and low-maintenance for years to come.

Deck
Protect your deck from moisture, stains, and UV damage while preserving its natural beauty. Our advanced waterproofing systems prevent cracking and surface wear, extending the life of your outdoor space. For those who prefer a natural look, we offer penetrating sealers that soak into the surface to create a protective barrier within the pores without forming a film on top.
Extend the life of your roof and protect your property from costly water damage. Our roof waterproofing systems seal cracks, joints, and seams to prevent leaks and moisture intrusion. We use high-performance coatings that create a durable, weather-resistant barrier protecting against UV exposure, ponding water, and long-term deterioration while helping reduce maintenance costs and energy loss.

Why Waterproofing Matters
Concrete and masonry are naturally porous and subject to moisture, which over time can lead to leaks, delamination, degraded finishes, efflorescence and costly repairs. A properly applied waterproofing system:

Waterline Tile
Waterproofing is beneficial for waterline tile because it creates a flexible, waterproof barrier between the gunite and tile, preventing moisture from getting behind the tile — which stops pressure buildup, efflorescence, and bond failure that can cause tiles to pop off.
Plaster
Waterproofing prevents water from seeping through the concrete shell, which can cause plaster to delaminate, bubble, or discolor over time. By creating a barrier beneath the plaster, it stops moisture migration, reduces efflorescence, and protects against chemical damage. This helps the plaster bond better, last longer, and maintain a smoother, more durable finish.
Forms a flexible, monolithic barrier that bridges small cracks and accommodates movement (for example, some systems bridge up to 1/8″ openings without rupture).
Is vapor-permeable (breathable) to allow moisture vapor to escape while preventing liquid water from penetrating.
Remains flexible and resists ageing, abrasion, chemical attack and hydrostatic pressure, providing long-term protection.
FAQs
What is waterproofing?
Waterproofing is the process of applying specialized coatings or membranes to prevent water from penetrating concrete, masonry, or other surfaces.
Why is it important?
Because water infiltration can cause leaks, mold, cracks, structural damage and ruined finishes — all of which lead to expensive repair work if left unchecked.
How long does it last?
When properly applied and maintained, professional waterproofing systems can last 10–25 years or even longer depending on exposure and material quality.
Why is pool waterproofing important?
Concrete is naturally porous, which allows water to seep through and cause structural damage over time. Waterproofing protects against leaks, prevents plaster from delaminating, and extends the overall lifespan of the pool.
Does every pool need waterproofing?
Yes. Even well-built pools can develop leaks without a proper waterproofing layer beneath the plaster or tile. Waterproofing is especially important for new pools, renovations, and high-water-pressure areas.
What causes plaster to pop off or crack without waterproofing?
Moisture from behind the finish builds up, weakening the bond of the plaster or tile. This leads to blistering, cracking, delamination or tile pop-off. A waterproofing layer stops that moisture migration and protects the structural bond.
